Mother and Baby Yoga
Weekly discussion and postnatal yoga sessions for mothers and their babies, from 6 weeks old. Each session includes group discussion and Q&A, breathing meditations and relaxations, gentle yoga tailored to help heal and strengthen the postnatal body, baby massage and baby yoga moves, plus a lot of laughter, chat and sharing of experiences. All in a relaxed and baby friendly environment.
Sessions run on Thursday and Friday afternoons.
