The annual Halloween Party is one of BCT’s most popular events!  Join us for Trick-or-Treating, costume contests, arts & crafts, exciting games and more!  Children of all ages (and parents) are encouraged to come in their best Halloween costume and enjoy a fun-filled family day of Halloween treats, activities and music.
